I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must say, the location is amazing—right in the heart of Zell am See, very close to the ski lifts and plenty of restaurants. The rooms are warm and offer a lovely view of the Alps, though they could be a bit larger. The staff, especially Gunther and Matilda, were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay more enjoyable. However, the dining options could use some improvement, and I would have appreciated a better breakfast selection.

This hotel is a gem with its clean and comfy rooms and super friendly staff. The location is perfect, just a short walk away from the ski lifts and city center. However, the breakfast could use a bit more variety to really enhance the stay. Overall, it's a solid choice for anyone looking to enjoy their time in the area at a reasonable price.

This hotel is in a prime location right in the center of town, making it super easy to access both the ski lift and nearby attractions. My room was nice and clean, complete with a balcony that offered an amazing view of the Alps, but I expected better furniture for the price of the room. The staff, especially the receptionist, were very kind and accommodating, although I wish they had provided more assistance with amenities like a flask for coffee. Overall, my stay was enjoyable but could use a few improvements.

Rooms

The room was nice and clean, and I absolutely loved having a balcony with a breathtaking view of the Alps. However, I found the furniture to be quite cheap for the price of 135 €.
Service

The service was generally good, with the receptionist being especially kind and helpful. Although I found it lacking when it came to additional amenities like a flask for tea or coffee.
Location

The hotel is located right in the center of the town, which was perfect for accessing the CityXpress and the main street. I appreciated the great tips on where to explore from the friendly owner.
Dining

The breakfast was okay, offering a continental style with some rolls, cheese, and cold meats, though I wished there were more options, especially eggs.

Facilities were decent, but it would be nice if they could enhance the overall experience with better amenities.

7.0/10

The hotel is perfectly located right in the city center of Zell Am See, and the convenience of being close to ski lifts and restaurants is fantastic. The rooms are large with a nice balcony, but I did notice a crack in the wall and some unpleasant smells. The service was a bit lacking, particularly with English communication; however, the overall atmosphere is welcoming. While the facilities are good, especially the sauna and parking, I felt the dining experience could use some improvements as breakfast options were very repetitive.

The staff seemed a bit unhappy with our early arrival and had difficulty communicating in English, which made things a bit challenging.
Location
10.0
The location is excellent, just 5 minutes' walk from the ski lifts and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and bars.
Dining
5.0
The breakfast was continental and self-service, but I found it quite repetitive with not enough variety, missing some basics like scrambled eggs.
Facilities

The hotel's facilities included a sauna and parking, which were nice to have, but nothing particularly luxurious stood out.

I had a decent stay at the hotel, which had a great location just a short walk from the town center and the lake. The rooms were a bit small for two people, especially when trying to dry ski gear, and there was a noticeable crack in the wall. Service was a bit challenging due to language barriers, but they tried to accommodate us with a late check-out. Overall, it was a fair value for money, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

Rooms

The room was quite tiny for two people, which made it tricky to manage drying our skiing outfits, and there was a crack in one of the walls.
Service
5.0
It was difficult to communicate with the staff due to their limited English, though they did attempt to help us with a late check-out request.
Location
9.0
The location is excellent, within walking distance from the town center and very close to the lake.
Dining
7.0
Dining options were decent but didn’t vary much; everything seemed to be the same every day.
Facilities

Facilities were adequate but nothing spectacular.
